Todd Bol was doing a renovation project at his home in Wisconsin in 2009, when an idea came to him. His late mother, June Bol, had been a schoolteacher who loved to read, so he built a tiny schoolhouse filled with books on a post in his front yard, along with a sign that said, “Free books.” Bol joined the Rotary Club of Hudson in 2012 and launched Little Free Library as a nonprofit. Now they are around the world, even on SE Sawgrass. The Rotary Club of Salem Creekside along with the MPELH are donating new books for children and families. Pick yours up today at a Little Free Library in your neighborhood. Free Children's Books. The Rotary Club of Creekside is thrilled to be able to offer children up to the age of 5 free books.
